Order Returns & Cancellation Policy


At Nexgrill, we’re committed to delivering quality products and a seamless shopping experience. While we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we understand that changes or returns may occasionally be needed. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth resolution.


Order Cancellation Policy


Orders placed on Nexgrill.com are processed in real time to ensure fast fulfillment. Because of this:
  • Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or rerouted once submitted.
  • Discount codes must be entered at checkout. We are unable to apply promotions retroactively or issue refunds for codes that were not used or were entered incorrectly.
  • Placing an order does not guarantee availability. Nexgrill reserves the right to cancel orders at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, inventory limitations, quality concerns, suspected fraud, or incorrect customer information.


Return Eligibility


If you need to return an item, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt under the following conditions:
  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging intact.
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or installation are not eligible for refund.
  • All sales are final on replacement parts and select promotional items unless otherwise stated.


How to Request a Return


All returns must be authorized prior to shipment. To obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number:
  1. Visit our Contact Page
  2. Select “Returns” from the inquiry options
  3. Include your order number and reason for return
  4. Await a response with your RGA number and return instructions


Return Shipping Instructions


Once you receive your RGA:
  • Include your packing list and contact information inside the return package
  • Clearly mark the RGA number on the packing slip and the outside of the box
  • Ship your return to:

Refund Processing


  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection of your return
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • A $15 restocking fee applies to orders that are undeliverable, refused, or returned without prior authorization. Orders under $15 will not be refunded.


Shipping Address Accuracy


Please ensure that your shipping address is:
  • Complete and accurate (including unit number, if applicable)
  • Not a P.O. Box, as we cannot deliver to these addresses
  • Safe and accessible for delivery

Nexgrill is not responsible for packages once marked “delivered” by the carrier. Please confirm your shipping information prior to placing your order.
