Here’s everything you need to make this recipe:


  • 1 ½ lbs of ground beef, 85/15
  • 6 oz. blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 bell pepper, red
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ lb. of thick-cut peppered bacon
  • 4 brioche hamburger buns
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 1 red onion, sliced
