Cinnamon Roll Pancakes bring together the best of fluffy pancakes and gooey cinnamon rolls in a single, irresistible dish. This recipe takes full advantage of the Fuse™ Electric Griddle, delivering even heat for golden, pillowy pancakes and a perfectly caramelized cinnamon swirl.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ cups milk (For Pancakes)
- ¼ cup melted butter (For Pancakes)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (For Pancakes)
- ¼ cup melted butter (For Cinnamon Swirl)
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp. milk (For Glaze)
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract (For Glaze)
Preparation
- Preheat your Fuse™ Griddle to medium heat (about 350°F) and lightly grease with butter or oil.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the swirl. Transfer to a piping bag or plastic bag with a small corner snipped off.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla, and melted butter.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry until just combined. A few lumps are fine – avoid overmixing.

Pour the pancakes: Pour about ¼ cup of pancake batter onto the preheated griddle for each pancake.

Add the swirl: Immediately pipe a cinnamon swirl onto each pancake, starting from the center and working outward.

Cook & flip: Once bubbles form on the surface and the edges begin to set, flip the pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown. The cinnamon swirl will caramelize perfectly!

Make the glaze: Whisk together cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth and pourable.

Finish & serve: Drizzle the cream cheese glaze over the warm pancakes and serve immediately!
