Ingredients Ingredients 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder ½ tsp. salt 2 eggs 1 ½ cups milk (For Pancakes) ¼ cup melted butter (For Pancakes) 1 tsp. vanilla extract (For Pancakes) ¼ cup melted butter (For Cinnamon Swirl) ½ cup brown sugar 1 tbsp. cinnamon 4 oz cream cheese, softened ½ cup powdered sugar 2 tbsp. milk (For Glaze) ½ tsp. vanilla extract (For Glaze) Preparation Preheat your Fuse™ Griddle to medium heat (about 350°F) and lightly grease with butter or oil. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the swirl. Transfer to a piping bag or plastic bag with a small corner snipped off. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla, and melted butter. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry until just combined. A few lumps are fine – avoid overmixing. Cooking Instructions 1 Pour the pancakes: Pour about ¼ cup of pancake batter onto the preheated griddle for each pancake. 2 Add the swirl: Immediately pipe a cinnamon swirl onto each pancake, starting from the center and working outward. 3 Cook & flip: Once bubbles form on the surface and the edges begin to set, flip the pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown. The cinnamon swirl will caramelize perfectly! 4 Make the glaze: Whisk together cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth and pourable. 5 Finish & serve: Drizzle the cream cheese glaze over the warm pancakes and serve immediately!
