What’s better than a really good breakfast sandwich? How about breakfast sandwich-es? As in, plural! That’s right. This recipe for Grilled Breakfast Sliders yields four craveable bacon, sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches that are perfect for your morning tailgate or backyard brunch. Plus, this recipe is so simple you can get to grilling before your first cup of coffee!
Feeding a large group? You can easily scale up this recipe to feed the whole family! Just remember, two slices of bacon and one 3-4 oz. sausage patty per slider. And if you aren’t much of a morning person, you can even patty up and freeze your sausage ahead of time.

- 4 slider-sized brioche buns
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of your favorite cheese
- 1 lb. ground breakfast sausage
- 8 slices of bacon
- Preheat your Daytona or Nexgrill Griddle to medium-high heat.
- Slice your slider buns if not pre-sliced.
- Form 4 evenly sized sausage patties using your hands, and set aside. (You can also create patties ahead of time and freeze)
Place your sausage patties on the hot griddle and grill for a 2-3 minutes per side, or until you achieve a nice brown crust.
While your patties cook, crack 4 eggs directly onto the griddle top, adding salt and pepper to the sunny side of each egg. Flip after about a minute.
If you want to toast your brioche buns, add them to the grill, sliced side down.
Once toasted, pull your buns off the grill and top patties with a slice of cheese. Cook until melted and internal temperature reaches 160ºF.
Place each patty onto a bottom bun, followed by egg, then top bun.
